Position Description: The Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University invites applications for a Tenure Track Faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Exercise Physiology with a primary emphasis in cardiovascular physiology. We seek candidates with emerging or established research programs that study the role of exercise on cardiovascular function and health in the prevention, treatment or management of chronic disease, aging, or rehabilitation. Areas of focus may include, but are not limited to, the role of exercise on cardiovascular physiology, human performance, myocardial metabolism and function, and/or diseases affecting the heart and cardiovascular system.
