Meat Biochemist
The Department of Animal Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR) is seeking applications for a Meat Biochemist position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. This is a 9-month (academic year), tenure-track appointment with an apportionment of 75% research and 25% teaching. The Meat Biochemist will use proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and/or transcriptomics to investigate meat at a molecular level to define biological mechanisms impacting the quality and/or nutritional value of meat.
