Assistant Professor - Ruminant Physiology
Department: FAES | Animal Sciences The Department of Animal Sciences seeks to employ a 9-month, tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant Professor rank in Ruminant Physiology whose scholarly endeavors focus on ruminant livestock reproductive and/or developmental biology. The successful candidate will be expected to establish a sustainable research program in one or more areas of basic science where ruminant animals are utilized for agricultural and/or biomedical applications. Among the areas of interest are molecular and cellular physiology of reproduction, epigenetic regulation of growth and development, gamete and embryo biology, perinatal origins of health and disease, physiological roles of genes involved in ruminant livestock grow
