Assistant or Associate Professor of Animal Science, full-time, 9-month, tenure track
The position will be 100 percent teaching in the Department of Agriculture, Geosciences and Natural Resources. Undergraduate teaching responsibilities, may include, but are not limited to classes on beef cattle, sheep and goat management, live animal evaluation, meat science, breeding and genetics, and reproduction. Graduate teaching opportunities are available in the online Master of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources program. Faculty are expected to participate in research and public service, academic advising, and committee work in support of the Department, College and University missions. Faculty are also expected to work with student clubs and teams within the Department.
