INTRODUCTION The Department of Animal Science in the College of Agriculture, Health, and Natural Resources at the University of Connecticut is soliciting applications for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Meat Chemistry. Candidates with a variety of disciplinary backgrounds and research interests in meat chemistry are encouraged to apply. This will be a 9-month, 70% research and 30% teaching tenure track position. The Department of Animal Science includes 19 tenured, tenure-track, and teaching faculty and 22 staff members.
